Very quickly after the "Boys" had been in our car they beganto settle into a new life and new routine. As seen from the picture taken on 12 days after they arried with us they began to look better in a very very short time, here they are seen look at the gate waiting for it to be opened to go see their other friends in the main field (Apologises for Zeke showning you his bum!!).
If this is how they were after only 12 days we wondered how good they would look with a lot more care and attention. They had already at this point taken to us and began to show signs of trust with us. Both did still bolt their food down like it was their last meal but did show signs of slowing and did not show any signs of colic. They were very good when it can to putting their head collars on and coming in for their tea and grooming, but were not too sure when it comes to having their feet looked at or having their rugs put on. |
